This error message may indicate temporary connection issues and typically resolves on its own.
If you continue to see this error message, check whether your internet connection is stable. We also recommend reconnecting to Wi-Fi or restarting your Wi-Fi router.
Note: This issue may also occur if you’re using an outdated version of Logamail Go for Windows or Mac. To resolve it, reinstall the application by following the steps in this article: How do I reinstall Logamail Go for Windows or Logamail Go for Mac?
If the issue persists, follow the instructions below for your operating system to sign out of Logamail Go for Windows and Mac, restart it, and sign back in.
Windows
- Click the Logamail icon in the system tray (in the lower-right corner of your screen) and select Settings.
- Under the Account tab, click Sign out.
- After signing out, click the Logamail icon again and select Quit Logamail Go.
- Click Type here to search next to the Start menu, type in “Logamail,” and launch the Logamail Go app. Alternatively, double-click the Logamail Go shortcut on your desktop or taskbar.
- You should be automatically signed in again. If that doesn’t happen, click Sign in and enter your account login credentials.
macOS
- Click the Logamail icon in the menu bar in the upper-right corner of your screen and select Settings.
- Under the Account tab, click Sign out.
- After signing out, click the Logamail Go icon again and select Quit.
- Open Launchpad or Apps and select Logamail Go, or open Finder, select Applications in the sidebar, and double-click Logamail Go.
- You should be automatically signed in again. If that doesn’t happen, click Sign in and enter your account login credentials.
