Logamail Mail supports account provisioning and de-provisioning through any SCIM-compatible Identity Provider (IdP).
Configuring SCIM
Warning: Modifying SCIM settings may impact users' access to Logamail Mail. If you have any questions or need support, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Prerequisities
- You will need administrator access to your organization’s Identity Provider.
- Your team must be on a Logamail Mail Enterprise plan.
Configuration Steps
Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get the setup process started.
Step 1. Check your inbox for an email with the subject Set up SSO and Directory Sync and click the button:
Step 2. Select the option to Configure Directory Sync:
Step 3. Select your organization’s Identity Provider:
Step 4. Follow the Identity Provider-specific configuration steps that appear:

What information will Logamail Mail need to configure SCIM for your organization?
To set up SCIM, you’ll need to provide our team with the following information:
- The email address of your organization’s Identity Provider administrator.
- Any domains that will be used with SCIM.
How else can I add or remove members from my Logamail Mail team?
Even with SCIM configured, Logamail Mail team admins can still add new members to their team by hitting Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows) → Add to Team.
Teammates can also be added or removed by accessing logamail.com/admin. Learn more about Logamail Mail's standard admin controls here.
Can I manage user groups with Logamail Mail?
No, Logamail Mail does not support user group management via SCIM at this time.
Can I manage user roles via SCIM?
No, Logamail Mail does not support role management via SCIM at this time.
